Xbox tipped over from horizontal position should I worrie

Xbox Series X and S can be used in both modes, horizontal and vertical.

Just make sure you have enough space to ventilate your Series S:

"For proper ventilation and to prevent overheating, make sure that your console has a minimum of 4-6 inches of clearance on all sides. Do not place your console inside an enclosed cabinet. Make sure that none of the console’s vents are blocked."

as there is only the fan which is a moving part then you should be ok, as long as the fan is still balanced and running quiet you are fine, just don't make a habit of it.

Physically, it makes sense that it should be horizontal, yeah, it might suck for people with little room, but for the best experience, obviously horizontal was chosen as the best position!

You need to send your xbox in to get repaired the lens is scratched inside your disc drive. I would recommend to have your xbox horizontal so it wont tip over again.
