    You can stream it to your PC through your Xbox through the Xbox app, but you would still be playing it on the Xbox console. Since the game is not available for the PC it's not possible to play it just on the PC.

    Any Xbox code can be redeemed on a PC (through the website typically), but the code would still need to be for something that is available through the Microsoft Store and for PC in order to install it on PC. That game is not available through the Microsoft Store for PC so it will only work on a console.
