Xbox thinks account is hacked

Ok my son every time he goes over to his moms house Xbox makes him change the password it thinks his account has been hacked. Then when he comes back to my place he has to change it again because Xbox thinks his account is hacked it’s really frustrating is there a way to get this to stop

It’s says there is suspicious activity on his account. Sorry I don’t have the message in front of me. But literally twice a week he’s having to change his password. When he gets to my house and turns on his Xbox. This is the email I get.

Yeah that is Microsoft system whenever the location changes at the sign in.

You can avoid that by setting a device as a trusted one but I believe it is only an option for conputers.

What are your sign on preferences on both consoles?

Well, if that is what you think, then call Xbox Support to see if there has been some hacking activity in your account.

I think they might not allow you to be on live once they check to see if someone did hack your account.

i would call activion if you think just the black ops account was hacked and not the whole xbox account. if you think its the xbox account call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
