    Xbox the Escapists. Can't Play alcatraz


    Hello i bought a dlc (Alcatraz) to the Escapists on Xbox and i have little problem. The problem is that when i'm trying to check if i have Alcatraz or trying to play it well... i can't! I thing i have bug or something, so going back to the track, when i start playing game and i go to add-ons and try to Play alcatraz i see "Go to Xbox store bla bla" when i go to Xbox store i see that i bought Alcatraz and the escapist and when i go to options of the Escapists "Manage the game and add-ons" i see that Alcatraz don't need to be installed but how it doesn't need to be installed WHEN i can't Play it wth. So if anyone know how to repair this bug please say to me i would be so thankfully. sorry for any spelling error and thanks for reading this good day

    Games purchased online and downloaded disappear.

    Already tried that, no joy. The games are Halo Nightfall and Escapist Alcatraz

    As I have checked the add-on it is indeed not required to be installed, can you confirm that it's "completed" on your end?

    Sorry for that and it can be an issue with the game itself. We may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We need to make sure that the DLC is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

    "Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

    Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.
