    Xbox Tenure Badge Gone please help!


    Hello there,

    I just got off the phone with Microsoft support who were unable to help. They directed me to a subreddit called R/XboxInsiders where I was told to post.

    I have not got any reply there yet so I figured I would post this here as well. I just noticed this morning my tenure badge is gone. My subscription has never once been canceled and simply converted to game pass ultimate a very long time ago at this point. Not sure how that even happened. I’ve had Xbox live Gold for 16 years or so at this point. This profile has a special place in my heart and it’s really depressing if this is gone forever now. I just got off the phone with Xbox support and they directed me to Reddit so I am awaiting a reply on r/XboxInsiders as well.

    Any help is appreciated !

    The tenure numbers are a horrible font, but that is an 8. Mine is currently a 7, and it took me quite a while to realize that the green tenure badge is what it is on Xbox One.

    Why is my Xbox Tenure Badge gone?

    The tenure badge only shows if you have an active gold or gamepass ultimate subscription.

    If you've renewed your gold again after not having it for a bit your tenure should reappear but it sometimes takes a while.The tenure badge can be a bit slow to update sometimes.

    The 5 is your tenure. It's how long you've had a Gold subscription. The Gold badge is a new badge to commemorate Xbox Gold which just recently ended.
