Xbox technical repair. Xbox starts up then shuts down.

My xbox starts up for 5 seconds then shuts down. New brick didn't help. Plugging brick directly into wall didn't help. Factory reset didn't help. Inserting disk didn't help. Ejecting disk didn't help. Hitting the eject button over and over didn't help.

I am trying to get the ball moving on this to get it actually repaired as it all other known solutions have failed. The website leads me in a circle where no repairs are available and it tells me to "contact us" where the process begins again.

How do I get this thing fixed.

I understand you need help with your console problem.

Just a heads up, older models for Xbox One do not have service or repairs anymore on the Xbox/ Microsoft website.

I can see that you console will require a repair since it is already having a hardware issue. For this case, I would already recommend checking out with other stores for a technician on getting it checked since there is no longer services for older Xbox One generations.

The Xbox automatically shuts down soon after it starts up, most likely because of hardware damage. We should call the service station for testing and repair

Try shutting it down and unplugging it for several minutes. If that doesn't help you should contact
Xbox Support and set it up for a repair.

Never mind.. I shut down the xbox and started it back up and it worked... wierd bug...

That happened to me also. What I did was a full Xbox one shut down. Press and hold down the power button for about 5 seconds. After the Xbox is completely shut down, start it back up. It should work now. Let us know if that worked out for you!
