Man that really is not a good thing to experience. With the virus going around people are going to be playing online alot more now no sports etc. Check with support like everyone mentioned. WHich xbox do you have i sure hope its under warranty. I suspect
you have the xbox one x??

Just to be absolutely sure: None of the buttons on the front of your console are functioning for you? If that's correct, it sounds like you might need to send your console in for a
repair. This should get everything sorted for you.

There is something we can try first however, and that would be reorienting your console. What I mean by that is, if your console is the horizontal operating position, rotate it to the vertical operating position (and vice versa). This may help resolve your
faceplate issues.
