    I had a system update yesterday and it finished but once it started applying the update it stopped loading at 66% and then i needed to restart it because I was waiting for like 3 hrs And I was about to go to sleep but I didint want it to overheat so I turned
    it off and went to bed but then I woke up this morning and the same thing was happening the green loading screen so then i contacted Microsoft support and they said I needed to contact the forums but it's not loading and I really need someones help right now
    plz help

    Xbox360 cannot read update from storage device.... I I purchased a brand new hard drive 500 MB and I am still getting the same error code as before it.

    Also on start up, it comes up with the little green logo of Xbox and then go straight to the, “system update stopped” screen.

    Sorry about the trouble you're having with starting up your Xbox One. The green screen you're seeing sounds like it may be related to a system update issue. Check out this
    System Update Troubleshooter and run through all the steps for the green screen. Let us know how it goes :)

    After rolling out of insider I got a system update. But it failed. Now my xbox one x not starting up. Even osu1 update failed. Please help.
    Unenrolling or changing down to a lower Insider ring usually requires a factory refresh.

    To start a OSU you must of booted up the console troubleshooting screen.

    If you get the console troubleshoot screen, your console is not, "bricked", unusable.

    If you are using wired ethernet to connect to your network hardware, disconnect it before attempting the Offline System Update.

    Hey there datnigme!

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing a start up issue with your Console. We would recommend checking out the "I need help with system updates
    on my Xbox One    ." This will walk you through some start up issue troubleshooting for this specific issue.

    When you open the link on the first screen select "I need to troubleshoot a system update error." after go ahead and select the specific console you are having issues with. If you select the Original Xbox one you should see a box for the Green screen issue,
    If you have selected the Xbox one S or One X then on the following screen select "I am experiencing a Start up issue," after this you will see the option for "Green Startup Animation"
