XBOX SX + LG C155 problem switch from video to games

Disney, netflix, prime, twitch'apps on xbox series X give a problem on LG C1.

Disney is where the problem always happen.

After play a game, anyone, if you start a movie, you will see it perfectly in dolby vision for 4-10 minutes, than you will have error 39 on disney plus; black screen on NEtflix and very low Brightness on Primevideo; black screen and zero audio on twicht.

Closing apps, console, shutting down LG for several times, allow you to see perfectly the movie.

the cause disney gave for error 39 ( your nation doesn't have rights to see this content) is not valid, otherwise it would give error 39 any time you start the movie.

Talking with LG, they said is a problem of the app , because console can make screenshot or save part of video, so apps recognize them as a violation of terms. But this is only a theory.

Talking to Microsoft, they recognize is a problem in the software, and they suggest me to open a discussion here, to see the develpment.

They say it could be solve with an update of the xbox system.

if you are wachting a video, and then start a game, the LG start to say the format is not allow, or the screen became totally grey, you have to shot down the xbox and TV, to work properly.

By the way LG c1 for games is AWESOME!! the software for gaming is crazy!! really, the best way to play Series X.

I was, but no more. No capture card, no recording while playing. I have some news, I bough a movie so I play it from the app film of Microsoft. Same issue, black screen. And if I stop and start to play a game, I have always to shut down the console. I have arc Sonos connected also, but I don’t think is that the problem

For me, i have some HDR Problems when the xbox Switches from HDR to NoHDR (Dashobard).

But thats an Xbox issue, for you i really thing its an LG Firmware issue.

I bought an xbox 360 in America and i thought I could take it with me when I'm going to India. Im gonna be using it on an LG monitor. Somebody told me something India having PAL or something video thingy. So my question is will my NTSC xbox have any problem
with an LG monitor? Specifically LG 192WS.
