I am at a friend's house and it will not let me game share with him it's saying i have used all of them

Xbox account switch

Yes you can redownload your account to your new xbox 360 or you can move it by using an xbox 360 formatted usb stick. Instructions here

You can only change your Home setting 5 times in a year. If you've already reached your limit, you'll have to wait the year until you can change it again.

As our Ambassador mentioned you do only have 5 Home console switches. However, I highly suggest getting in contact with
Xbox Customer Support
just to see if there is anything they can do about the switch limit.

I hope there is something that can be done, but if not you will need to wait the 1 year period as mentioned earlier.

You could try going into your microsoft account in a browser and removing your xbox from your devices list, then sign into your friend's xbox once it's removed. I assume, then, that it would use your friend's xbox as the home one considering it's the only
one. Only downside to doing this would be that you'll have to add your account back to your own xbox once you get home.
