    How do I find out who raised an issue that meant my sons Xbox account was suspended for a day. My son believes a school friend did it for a joke but I cannot see who raised the issue and decide if I need to take action against my son or tell him to
    find new friends

    Suspension Information Required

    For information about their suspension, you'll need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     The enforcement team does not use the forums and they will not give specifics.

    Suspension Information Required

    Phone/chat support often tell people to post on the forums when they shouldn't.

    They do not deal with enforcement so tell people to come here because they don't know what else to do.

    You need to go to the enforcement site Smwutches linked where you can file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team may give you a little more info if you ask via the case review but are under no obligation to do so.

    If it's a 24 hour suspension then it's not eligible for a case review.

    The account will not be able to upload Game DVR and Upload Studio content to Xbox Live for a specific duration, often 7, 30, or 90 days. The account will not be able to communicate on Xbox Live for a specific duration, often 1, 7, or 14 days.

    Yes, I've been there and read the detail listed but it gives nothing in terms of specific information I wanted to make sure I was speaking from a position of knowledge about why the account was suspended and when it was suspended. Why did Microsoft advise
    me to come here for the specific reason that they couldn't advise but they said I would get further information here. All pretty frustrating as a parent and having no knowledge of these things
