Xbox suspensions aren't fair

Does anyone else get in teamkilled in r6, send a message that says a slightly bad work that's not even a swear and gets banned? I'm assuming yes. That's what happened to me, I got killed one round, the next round I shoot the guy who killed me, them his friend,
oaktre kills me. I sent a message that said "He killed me last round
[Mod Removed]" no more than 15 seconds later so I get a message from oaktre saying "bye bye" then about 10 seconds after that I got a suspension message from no other than Xbox live. He then invited me to a party and said "your actual trash. Hey, Hey
do you have a mic. Oh wait you don't cause your garbage [Mod Removed]!". In Xbox voice chat you can say whatever you want without consequence while you get banned for weeks for saying
[Mod Removed] in a message to a guy who team kills you. I know that the banning system is to discourage foul language but honestly why does it have to be so strict. Insulting someone who team killed you multiple times is almost a natural
reaction. Remind me next time to give teamkillers a piece of my mind in party chat, where as long as it's one on one there are no consequences. I know about the review process and how it worked on that one person a few years ago but the just a hassle to attemp
to get the case reviewed, get some questions wrong on the quiz, wait 24 hours and repeat. I am very confident that when I submit a case it will be upheld. I'll see in a few days. Well, I guess I'll have to make a second account and use that to talk to my friends
online until June 12th because I don't like paying for a service and getting many of those perkss being taken away for 2 weeks. Anyways that's the end of my rant and it will in no way effect Xbox banning or the suspension status of my account. I'm not sure
if this should be discussion or support because I'm talking about my ban but I know it's not gonna do anything and some people might share similar opinions.

I'm afraid we aren't we aren't able to help out with Enforcement actions here on the forums.

If all accounts are experiencing a communication suspension, it's likely your Xbox One has received a console suspension. For details, be sure to check your e-mail for communication.
Enforcement.xbox.com is also a great resource for details on Enforcement actions.

2: You say it was just your natural reaction as you got team killed and the troll abuse you via mic, but as you should know, that makes no difference. You should
always follow the golden rules: (Mute, Block, Report) if you do that the person sending you abusive messages on mic will get banned and you won’t.

3: If you don't follow the golden rules the following will happen, the person you sent the message to will report you, Microsoft will look at the message history and see what you have said and
ban you.

Seriously dude it isn't difficult, don't try and be the "big man" and send abusive messages, no matter whether it’s in defense or not, just block them, mute them and
report them.

No one in the forums, or Support team members, can respond to specific enforcement action questions.

If the suspension is eligible for a case review, submit one as that is the only way to contact the Safety Team. They are the only ones who could answer any specifics on enforcement actions as they are the team that issues the suspensions. They are only contactable through the case review process.

I fully understand the frustration you felt having your daughter's account wrongfully suspended.

I believe the app must have used photos that were copyrighted.

As I said it's just a guess I'm not sure if that's what happened.

It is an unusual situation and has never happened to me.
