Xbox Suspension

Hello my account and boyfriends account got a suspension put onto it, I messaged the support team and spoke to someone called john, who said he our accounts would be lifted with a code, my bf got the code but I never, his account has been lifted but mine
has not, can someone for the love of god help me cause no one is listening to me
