Xbox suspension/Xbox App

Were you able to try the steps already and the same issue occurs?

If you are using the banned account on the Xbox app, it will be banned there too. The only way to talk is A.) wait for unban or B.) sign into another account

If the enforcement action already ended simply sign out on your Xbox App then restart your PC, before signing back in.

I had the same problem. The "Xbox launcher PC app" (what the darn is the name?). stated that I have a suspension, even though I have a perfect reputation.

After updating the "Xbox launcher PC app" from the Microsoft store, the suspension is gone.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a suspension. Unfortunately, support is unable to assist you in this issue. The enforcement team are the only ones that deal with suspensions. You can go to the
Enforcement site and check your bans/suspensions. As there is nothing more we can do on the forums. I will be locking this thread to prevent repetitive answers.
