Xbox suspension that wasnt my fault (crazy story)

So is there any way to contact enforcement to get a more detailed answer or help with my questions?

My account was hacked, so i called Xbox support to see what was going on. What happened was on my debit card hit my purchase limit so I couldn't buy food. Called my bank they said I reached my purchase limit. I found that impossible. then a few hours later I get a notification from bank to authorize a transaction and I was like "huh what's going on" checked my bank account and lost 300 dollars' worth of purchases from Microsoft. after doing some digging someone from Spain was logging into my account and buying stuff then gifting them to some other account. But after he or she purchased them, Microsoft rejected the purchases, and they would get re-added to my card. Well only about 100 dollars was given back. Microsoft support lady told me not to worry and just told me to request a refund I got a few hundred back but still missing some purchases.

I changed my password and locked down my account. Then a few days pass and I get banned randomly with no explanation. I tried to appeal the ban, but the website keeps saying "can't get info right now" so I don't know if my ban was appealed or if not WHY! Seriously this is nuts.

Hope someone from Xbox can help with this. Much appreciated.

Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com

Probably the system is not letting to appeal you due to the recent hack / account take over
If you recovered your account recently please try waiting couple hours.

But just to let you know, 48 hours suspensions can't be appealed because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket

What I deserve a suspension because I stud up in name of other gamers that was in that lobby?, they where insulting him more than I did. I did not do anything bad to anyone. The first suspension wasnt my fault. Can you explain how did I deserved that?
