Xbox suspension questions

I submitted a case review a few days ago and I was given the answer of "After investigating this account, it appears to have been suspended for soliciting or offering exploits - either glitches or in
game exploits via the LFG Feature. This is a direct violation of our Community Standards. For this reason we will not be lifting the suspension at this time." but did not give any form of evidence of me doing such thing, so I was wondering where i
could possibly ask more questions like where I could find proof and possibly prove that this may be some sort of misunderstanding. Thanks.

As per the ToU/CoC the enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any evidence or proof they have.

As Steelwand said,if you have had a case review then that means 2 different people have investigated your case & both have found that you have violated the ToU/CoC.

The only ones with information is the enforcement team and the only way to contact them is through the process that you went through with the case review.

If they upheld their decision that means that they investigated the report of the violation 2 times and have determined that their was a violation of the code of conduct.

Unfortunately once they have upheld their decision there is nothing more that can be done and you would need to wait out the suspension.

Ummmm if this is the gamertag in question then it is not a xbox suspension but a game specific suspension

Afking too many times can equal a match making suspension this is uptothe devs post on their site

Hi there, if you are a repeat offender you will eventually get a permanent ban and I don't think there is a certain number of times before a permanent ban, if there is I don't believe we're privy to this knowledge.
