Xbox Suspension from 2017 still active?

So, I took a long break from Xbox. I'm coming back into it, but my account () is apparently suspended from communication. I've checked the past enforcement actions on my account but I can only see a content takedown for an admittedly inappropriate
message I made back in 2017. Even if this suspended my account, I doubt it'd last more than 3 years. Any clue how I can find out how to undo this?

When you check the enforcement site does it actually still say that it is active?

When you try and start a party does it give you a pop up message saying that your account is suspended?

If the answer to these questions is no then it is not a enforcement/suspension issue.

I'm somehow able to start a party and speak in it though, on my mobile Xbox app.

contact microsoft support.. espically if its 3 YEARS OLD

there are some issues with multiple people but it seems like nothing is happening to fix the problem.
