    This guy was tking me on Rainbow 6 Seige and messgaging me saying your so bad never play the game again. So I got a little mad and when he died I said ha ha get (Offencive word). I understand that i broke the code im sorry for retaliating and then he reported me and he said ha ha get banned im just a little confused on why i got banned for one word i know it goes against code and keeping people safe but come on. Well thanks for listening

    all of the **** footing around (not offensive is a term used to mean sneaking like a cat - don't get triggered) is getting stupid, just scrap public chat all together. if you are in an adult game then adult words are ok. if you don't want kids hearing it then make sure they are in their own chat bubbles for the apprpriate age group. getting tired of having to be so careful not to offend someone who gets offended over the slightest gust of air.

    When you signed up to xbox live you signed the service agreement which consists of the terms of use. Rules apply to everyone and the suspensions are designed to deter people from committing the same offenses again. You are able to receive a suspension
    for voice communication if enough people report you as the enforcement team will look into the complaints. Communication suspensions are also given for offensive messages so there is a good chance you wrote something offensive in a message that you didn’t
    believe was offensive but the person who received it believed it was.

    There is no appeals process for Communication Suspensions and they cannot be undone.

    You just have to wait out the Suspension, depending on the offense and severity.
