    xbox suspension for no reason


    I was recently hoping on my Xbox to discover my Xbox live was suspended. The reason behind the suspension was harassment through commutation via Xbox live I don't currently use Xbox I just play online games. my question is how would I get banned for harassment if I don't use Xbox live they can check my logs I don't join parties or message people. I don't even talk in-game chats. this suspension seems like an error but they declined my appel and stand by the ruling. Has anyone else dealt with this same issue.

    They can’t discuss your account and don’t have access to enforcement details.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement issues. If you logged in to enforcement.xbox.com and filed a case review with the PET and they upheld it there is nothing that can be done. I'm afraid that you'll need to wait out the
    suspension before you can get back online.

    The enforcement team doesn't use these forums. You'll want to got to enforcement.Xbox.com and submit a case review to get more details provided the suspension is longer than 24 hours.
