    Xbox suspension error?


    Hi,

    I logged onto my Xbox to load up Xbox assistant. And it came up with this:

    I didn't receive any sort of action at all, against my Xbox live account. I logged into the enforcement history to see if anything popped up but shows no previous actions.

    Does anyone know what the issue is? Could Xbox enforcement lifted the suspension maybe? Or can anyone answer why it says blocked in the image attached?

    Yeah, without having anymore information (the exact error message), the only thing I could think of was a communication suspension.

    "Communications Suspensions

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored."

    I found an error in your system.

    This error is due to a Billing suspension, I would suggest calling Xbox support by phone and they will be able get you all fixed up.
