Xbox Suspension / chat ban

To any Xbox officials, my best friend reported my most recent chat towards him for profanity. This is nonsense. Him and his friend [Mod Removed] (my friend's gamertag is
[Mod Removed]) use profanity NONSTOP in xbox parties towards the younger community. I would like to appeal towards my suspension and say that it woud never come from me again.

Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

Here is a sample for the enforcement site about comm bans:

Communications Suspensions
Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

I realise that you cant do anything about my suspension but if it is possible could you bring it up with the enforcement team that i did appeal but as the appeal reduced my time my "friend" purposefully reported me for no reason just to keep me from talking.

No one here has any direct contact with the enforcement team. The only way to contact them is via a case review like you did.

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account.
If the suspension is longer than 24 hours, we recommend to appeal the decision made by the enforcement team. This can be done by submitting a
case review. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team. We hope this helps

There is no way you file a case review for a 24 hrs ban so all you can do is to read the Code of Conduct to avoid future bans.
