    I woke up this morning with a notice from my Xbox about my account being suspended for 8 days due to something about a screenshot. Okay fine, but which screenshot and what was inappropriate about it? The only game I’ve been really playing and taking a lot of screenshots for are Cyberpunk 2077 and even then I use photo mode to take artistist photos in game to the best of my ability, maybe it was one of my funny moment screenshots, though even then the last type of screenshots I take are related to me being trans and taking pictures of my character as seeing someone that looks like the me I want to be helps with some of the mental stuff I’m going through. So of course I went to try and ask more details about why my account was suspended and I only was met with a bunch of dead ends unable to even find out which screenshot caused this whole thing in the first place, though I’m also curious as to why I’m getting in trouble FOR POSTING SCREENSHOTS OF MY GAME THAT IS FOR THE SYSTEM AND WAS APPROVED BY THE SYSTEM IN THE FIRSTPLACE? it just doesn’t make sense. Am I not allowed to take screenshots of the games I payed for on the console I would like to play it on? I just need something at this point cause Support doesn’t want to help at all with this whole thing. It’s stupid like I can’t message or even play any games with my friends and Microsoft WONT give me the full reason as to why.

    Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

    Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

    The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

    Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.

    Like I said in my original question there is no “privacy & online safety” tab, I have provided a screenshot in response to Starseid, I would appreciate if you tell me which tab I should go to based on the screenshot I gave or if you could send a screenshot
    of what im supposed to be seeing that would be good

    Hmm. I got your screenshot but I also got a black screen or "Something went wrong" which is definitely interesting! I can see the screenshots and game clips you are taking on your Xbox.com profile, just not when it's sent to me directly.

    Do you have another Xbox Live account on your Xbox One console? If not, please

    Create a New Xbox Live account    . (If you already have a second account, you can ignore that step and proceed to the next.) Next, using that secondary account, please take a new screenshot in GTAV and try sending it to me again.

    Let me know how that goes or if we need to try something else. :)
