Xbox suspended but with no enforcement showing the reason

It's 4 days later and still nothing has been updated to indicate what the suspension reason is. So I have not received any additional reasons to why this happened. I know the policies and terms of service which I have not breached. And to get suspensed for 3 weeks without a valid reason why this has occurred is unacceptable. Give me a valid reason.

Unfortunately there is an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it is not possible to submit a case review at the moment. Until the site is fixed, there is nothing you can do.

So I’ve got to sit out the ban? That I shouldn’t have in the first place? Seems a little harsh

If you were banned/suspended from XBOX Live, and you really feel it was for no reason, contact the XBOX enforcements team.
