As I mentioned in my previous answer, since it is a temporary suspension, you will have to wait it out. The Support in this type of temporary suspension cases will not help you much.

Is there anyway I can call someone? The appeal was denied and I know for sure real people aren't reviewing my gamerpics whenever I post a new one. The suspension was too harsh and unreasonable. I've seen other gamers with far worse gamer pics than me.

All purchased gamer pictures are linked to the account that the original Xbox LIVE customer that bought them. As long as the console that you're trying to move the gamer pictures to is authorized to use the gamer pictures from the original purchaser's account,
it is allowed.

Yeah, that Left 4 Dead gamer picture your talking about, is only obtainable through an OXM disc. Not sure which one though. Click on the
link for the L4D picture. The USB method that Transport mentioned, I'm pretty sure that's tampering and could get your account suspended but I'm not entirely sure.
