xbox surveys not giving me my monthly credits

Discus and support xbox surveys not giving me my monthly credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; So what happens is i do the monthly surveys to get my 250 credits it lets me do the survey, but it never gives me the credits. it's happened before...     xbox surveys not giving me my monthly credits


    So what happens is i do the monthly surveys to get my 250 credits it lets me do the survey, but it never gives me the credits. it's happened before multiple times. in the last 3 years i've been in xbox rewards, theres a total of 3 dollars or so in the monthly
    credits that xbox never gave me. it's so frustrating that they people at xbox never ever fix this problem it's also happend to other xbox users.

    Thank you for taking the time to tell me that, I thought I did them but i guess i was wrong. Thank you for all the time you took to respond i appreciate it. other than the survey glitches you guys do a great job with everthing and that's why im still useing

    There were no surveys in those months, so you would not have been able to take them and receive credits.

    Thank you for taking the time to tell me that, I thought I did them but i guess i was wrong. Thank you for all the time you took to respond i appreciate it. other than the survey glitches you guys do a great job with everthing and that's why im still useing

    There is a delay with this month's survey, but if there are surveys you're missing, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum and list the months so support can check into it for you.

    The month's i did that are missing are.

    July 2013

    August 2014

    October 2014

    December 2014

    I hope you guys at xbox can fix this glitch or problem or what ever is happening, thanks for getting back so fast.

    Not getting rewarded

    don't give me that, I check my account every month and it's always accurate with my points. But NONE of my February purchases are listed or credited. And I did those BEFORE I took the survey, which WAS credited to me. So how does that work? I spend hundreds
    of dollars. Not get rewarded but take a survey and get rewarded.....no
