xbox survey not giving me my monthly credits after doing survey.

Well this has happened multiple times over the past three years and i'm not happy about it. I do the monthly surveys each month to get my credits, and I don't get the 250 credits. I should have gotten a total over 3 dollars worth of credits over the past
three years and now January's surveys is doing the same thing. I do the survey and it doesn't give me the 250 credit. And some times it happened 2 months in a row, it's just a little frustrating. I love the xbox rewards and is a shame that this is happening
over and over again, so some help would be great.

My friend referred me to Xbox LIVE which says I get 400 MSP. I also renewed my gold with a 12 month prepaid card. That also says I get 200 MSP. I also did the monthly survey.

I currently have 20 Point Pending and that is doing the monthly survey for June. When will they transfer through to the points pending?

 

Rewards account reset? And missing credits

I have had this issue since 2009. seems like the only time you get credits is doing their monthly survey or something stupid like that.

 

There is a delay with this month's survey, but if there are surveys you're missing, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum and list the months so support can check into it for you.

 

There were no surveys in those months, so you would not have been able to take them and receive credits.
