My Xbox 1S will connect to wifi sometimes, sometimes it will straight up deny me and tell me the password or network name is wrong to the point where i have to read off the router letter by letter and its correct but still tells me wrong. First thing you do, try and contact a support team but wait I forgot it’s microsoft. I tried contacting and searching many ways how to help no answers. Tried contacting a support team and it wouldn’t let me submit it. Best decision i’ve ever made was to turn to playstation.

    Xbox Support Support?

It's not about any of the Xbox's it's about the global Microsoft Game Usage Rules seen here:

    Xbox Support Support?

It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

What seems to be the problem though?

    you can call 18004myxbox
Nice of you to only put the US contact number.

As an Ambassador should you not put all of the numbers for each country?

or do we not count in your eyes?
