    Xbox support?


    I'm trying to get my controller replaced under warranty (xbox elite 2 with the infamous bumper issue) I've tried using the virtual agent which was 0 help so asked it to give me a call back multiple times and then when I gave my number just kept saying an issue went wrong on their end try again later, and keeps doing this over and over.

    So I call the xbox number directly and get an automated voice saying "thanks for calling, go online and use our support agent" so i'm stuck in a loop of not being able to speak to a human to get my controller replaced under warranty.

    How the hell do I contact them because none of their webpages work and there seems to be no way to actually speak to a human.

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
