    How do people actually ever get through to speaking to Xbox support not been able to get a live chat or call back for 2 weeks! Live chat is never an option & when I type in my number on the call back it just forever say there's a problem our end 2 weeks must be a serious problem!

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
