    Has anyone had issues with Xbox support if been waiting for over a week on an open case and I cant seem to even be able to contact support but site says all services are working. You cant call them anymore it just directs you to support and I dont know

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.
