    Can someone point me in the right direction?

    So i have a phantom white controller that has intermittent "a" button functionality issues and for the life of me i can't seem to get any joy with getting it repaired or replaced.

    I've logged 4 calls 2 online and 2 via Xbox support techs, and i still nothing has been done, i went as far as sending the technician my proof of purchase as i was told it's needed for them to arrange the replacement.

    What do i have to do to get this resolved? can i escalate this and if so how?

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.
