    I can't cancel my subscription I've been trying since yesterday i try and it just takes me back to square one I just turned on my Xbox and connected it to the Wi-Fi and start updating it then get a email that I'm being being charged 24.99$ for membership
    3 month gold on the 25th I go and try to refund it but says i can't the 30 days haven't passed yet and it seems like there is no way to get a refund can I get help I tried speaking to the virtual assistant but it is no help

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

    What seems to be the problem though?
