Xbox support

I've currently been dealing with my Xbox live account being hacked and have been going through the process to create a new account......for over a month now. The original communication I had when first dealing with this issue was hopeful. It sounded like
within the week I would be able to be playing on a new account with no problems. Unfortunately I had to cancel a debit card of mine but all in all it sounded good. Then the issues started. I followed some emails and then was told to just wait.....and wait......and
wait. I called multiple times for an update about my problem and was kept being told it's still being processed. Over and over again I'm told I still cannot log into my account. I have not been able to use anything off my xbox, which I use for more than just
gaming, for over a month. The initial timeframe I was given was a lie, and this whole process has been very frustrating. I had to create a new email which was fine, but now over a month later I'm being told I need to create yet another one for some reason.
The amount of time this has taken, and the poor communication has actually been very frustrating and honestly has been the my worst experience in dealing with any kind of customer support. This seems to be the only place I can submit or post a complaint about
my issues. If I could, I wouldn't be dealing with Xbox anymore and would get rid of it, but seeing as how this is what all my friends use for gaming, I begrudgingly have to bear through this.
