Xbox support

i get suspended they tell me to go to enforcement page I made a complaint it’s been on read for a week and I’m not trying to wait 10 days to get unbanned now I see why nobody playes Xbox now if it doesn’t get fixed I’m moving to ps4 I don’t under Why Xbox
is so money hungry they can’t review a complaint they don’t answer calls but when they do they just hang up on me

It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.

You gotta give the enforcement team time to investigate what actually happened. now about them hinging up on you all I can say is i'm sorry for that to happen. If you feel that you want to move to ps4 by all means you have the right we wont stop you. however
they have rules and regulations just like xbox. so if you go in there doing whatever you did to get banned on xbox they will banned you also. Every where's I been that being Steam, Playstation, and Xbox I read all their CoC (Code of Conduct) and we just ask
players just like other gaming systems to be a respectful gamer. I honestly hope whatever you choose you learned a lesson, and to be happy where ever you are. I am sorry it turned out the way it did and Please have a nice day.
