    I'd like to thank the xbox support team for screwing up my console even more then it was I called them last night due to the fact my rainbow six siege wasn't loading properly and all they could tell me to do was power cycle my xbox and reset it, it's gets
    better when I get tips to clear my local save data and now nothing will sync. I called a represenrive this morning about this and she was telling me the same thing to power cycle and reset my xbox and when I reset my xbox I could do nothing it now tells me
    I have content restrictions when my account it set yo unrestricted. The best part is this morning during the call I tried to talk to said represenrive and I didn' get up respond like they had just left the call but didn't hang up. So now I won't have an xbox
    to play for god only knows how long thanks to the xbox support team. It just **** me when no matter what problem you are having they just suggest you do the same thing over and over again till it works, how about you actually find and solve problem

    It depends on which console you're asking about. The forums for 360 Support and Xbox One support both have sub categories that you could select.
