Xbox support worker stealing info!!!

So I just got off of live support chat with a Amanda E who would not help me and would not give me her ID no# so I could make a formal complaint about her even gave me a false number to ring her manager then shown that she would take my info. This act of
carelessness in picking support works has pushed me to rethink what console I enjoy my free time on in the future.

is the email that is in question about stealing my account info. I just got off the phone with my bank and is now talking to Xbox Live Support over the phone. Total charges are $75.73 as the lady @ the support told me. Just a heads up for you guys.

It seems legit. I called the number in the email which is for the MS store. Xbox Support on Twitter claims it is real and gave me this number 18664254709 they are shipping me a console or stealing my CC info. Its cool if its a scam because I gave them a
prepaid CC with no money on it

The police involved in the case should contact support and request any information they need.

Xbox personnel will not release sensitive info to just anyone, but law officers and legal workers can request information.

btw xbox live support workers do not know your passwords so any info you give to them is useless as far as accessing your account

the investigations team will send a password reset email to thecontact email you provide them

Xbox can't hand over email information. People do that to attempt to steal info.

You're really not making sense... When someone steals my credit card info and uses it, I call my bank and file a fraudulent report and sign a affidavit and get the card replaced, I don't call wall-mart expecting a refund for something I didn't purchase.

As for your last post, sounds like you are getting fail workers, that said, it seems, based on your post, you calling doesn't make it go faster, so your going to have to wait.
