Hey guys, I tried buying Expansion Pack 1 for Destiny on my Xbox 360. It said I wasn't able to buy it, so I checked my bank account, and it said that I bought something from XBox Live for $19.99! I was so *** because I was trying to buy my brother that expansion
pack for Christmas! I tried contacting XBox support via Twitter. All they had me do was go to different websites to see my billing info -_- I want my $20 back! Any advice on how to get the DLC?

Hi sorry to hear about that. The best way to sort this out is to phone Xbox live support. Also did you check that your hard drive had enough space for the download?

The card was put in as what was on the card. It is not me inputting the new info but what they have on file that interferes with the new card numbers and exp date. The problem the old card was deleted for fraud and a new card was issued with new numbers. Xbox support does not care the old number was removed from the system and I was told to contact my credit card when it is their system not letting me add a new card and numbers. As it stands Xbox Support me has a rating of-10 for their help to clear this up

Sorry to hear about that. The problem you are having has been an issue the entire time with these controllers which is why I have refused to buy one.

You'll need to buy a new one or see if there is a place locally that can repair it.
