xbox support unreachable by phone

when i try to reach support by phone all it does is tell me to use xbox assist and hangs up

Unable to display the "make a return" button in the command history, even uninstalling the game from the xbox and rebooting it. the same on the PC by disconnecting - reconnecting from the microsoft account.

moreover thank you for refunding me the game pass (4x1months, 4 levy.), because

it's been 4 months that I have and have never used it and it is

impossible to reach you.

this is the second time this year that I phone you to ask you to remove the game pass subscription but you never lost! Finally, if after 10 minutes you start as if you have come out but no one speaks. even staying 2x 30 min on the phone, without any answer,
it's a scandal ...

so I recap:

- Refund of Fortnite pack (20 €)

- Refund of Gamepass 4x1Month (4x9,90 €)

If you do more than that a gesture (for example on my Xbox Live pass) I will take it better.

(I have iphone screen print of my phone conversation with xbox and many minutes)

Contacting Xbox Customer Support. The system will give you the option for a call back from a support representative depending on your issue. If a call back is not available it
will give you the self service options that would resolve your issue.

 

the link listed above does not have any options related to problems with the xbox mobile app and does not provide direct contact info.

i have done some research and found that the ability to directly call support has been discontinued meaning that with out borrowing a friends computer i cannot contact support

 

I would imagine that this is because they are currently closed in your region, so just check the times that you can call them, before doing so. Just so that you can be sure you will get to talk to someone when you do call.

 

I believe that the main method of communication has shifted to email and chat, I would recommend trying out those

 

have checked the timings before contacting

 

That's the problem with my computer down i can't chat or email without borrowing a computer from a friend like i'm doing now they need to be reachable by phone.

Thanks for the replies. As mentioned above, The best and only way to request a call back from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

1. Sign in at
   xbox.com.
2. Select
   Contact Us.
3. Choose your category.
   
4. Select "No Thanks" when presented the virtual agent.
5. Pick a topic.
   
6. Select to
   Request a call from Support.

Try this out and let us know the results.
