    Xbox Support sucks


    Yesterday out of the blue I got an email saying I was banned. Now I thought this was a mistake, as I haven't been on xbox for the last week. Turned on my xbox and, yep, got banned. For what I have NO IDEA. Well, I ask for support. The virtual robot told
    me that I wasn't banned.... well that's not what the email and the xbox said. There is no phone number or email to get help. This support is horrendous. And why can't a single day ban be case reviewed. If I didn't do anything, I shouldn't be punished for anything
    regardless of the time, like who thought of this. Microsoft isn't getting any more money off of me. Switching to ps5 soon thank God.

    that gets DDoS'ed also... and yeah, I said it. I am sure Microsoft is working on fixing the problem as quick as they can too. They want customers to remain happy so they don't lose money.

    Glad to know I'm not the only one that feels this way. I ordered pizza Hut the other night ,and they took 1hr to deliver. So they gave me my order for free and $30 credit and that's just 1hr. Xbox lives been down for 5hrs now this sucks I am beyond mad.
    All I wanted to do was play some fallout 4 before I had to go to work but not only could I not do that , but I couldn't even watch Hulu or anything.

    I feel your pain assassin! Atleast Pizza Hut delivers or your pizza is FREE! Money monegul microsoft, you have enough money to make the provided services 100% you office office full of cheapskates!...well more like your bosses and CEOs but **it you work
    for them. You know also it was a real MOTHER to just get a notification about the pos system being down...make an account whhhaaat, why?!! Like I have time to setup an account im never going use again
