everytime i press on support it brings me too a blank page fix it now

Xbox support sucks,

Have you called to see the status. I remember when i had to have mine fixed and it took about that long. You need to remember there a millions of consumers that have xboxs and that would probably put it in the tens of thousands of units needing repaired
so give it a little time and have some patience.

I'm going to be "that guy"... you people are going to survive if you have to go 6 hours without your Xbox One. Go for a walk. Hit the gym. Discover the outdoors. Make a snowman. Yes, my Xbox One is down, so I am enjoying the competition's console before
that gets DDoS'ed also... and yeah, I said it. I am sure Microsoft is working on fixing the problem as quick as they can too. They want customers to remain happy so they don't lose money.

This guy....No duh it isn't hacking....thats why I said simple kids can do it...I misspoke when I called them hackers in the previous comment...most people would have got that...I guess simple explination for a simple mind..there ya go

Glad to know I'm not the only one that feels this way. I ordered pizza Hut the other night ,and they took 1hr to deliver. So they gave me my order for free and $30 credit and that's just 1hr. Xbox lives been down for 5hrs now this sucks I am beyond mad.
All I wanted to do was play some fallout 4 before I had to go to work but not only could I not do that , but I couldn't even watch Hulu or anything.

for them. You know also it was a real MOTHER to just get a notification about the pos system being down...make an account whhhaaat, why?!! Like I have time to setup an account im never going use again
