page on recovering your password as depending on how much information you do enter accurately, you may run into some issues and have to remember the old one.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to reach support. With the growing circumstances globally, hours for support may have changed. I know in my area they are only open 8 hours instead of 16 hours like they were. Here is a
guide to request a call from support. You will need to keep trying unfortunately.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Just another question: I seem to have found out which email address I have used, but now the password doesn't work although it definitely is the password I always used to log in to my XBox account. A few months ago I activated automatic login. Is it possible
to change the password in the console without having to enter the old one? I hope not.

I tried the password recovery, but this being a play account I didn't want to connect with my real one, so I don't know exactly what name and birthdate I used. I could answer a lot of questions, but then again some were really inappropriate, e.g. I was asked
for my credit card details although I have never used my credit card directly to pay for anything - I used PayPal. In result, recovery was not successful because I didn't answer enough questions right.
