    Alright, im going to start this off by apologizing if I come off as rude. But my husband has had issues with his account locking. He is getting a “fix this on the web error”. Hes submitted forms, hes called and been hung up on. And an agent just told him
    he would be transferred to a supervisor via chat in 3-5 minutes, to which he was left for 25 minutes and the agent promptly left the chat. To which he took a pictures of the time from the message to the agent exiting. We are at our wits end with xbox, we cannot
    get a response, help, we are shoo’ed off like we are pests. My husband has probably spend well over 8000 dollars in games. His profile is 7-8 years old with almost 140 thousand gamer score. It is not a new profile. He has not been given a reason as to why
    it has been locked. He is not under enforcement. It is not that kind of lock. He cant use his email as well, he gets the same “Fix this on the web error.” We have tried support, asking for higher ups, no luck. It is day 13 of his account unlocking. We need
    a actual response. Something, if not, we are filing a Better business bureau claim, it should not be this hard to get some help, to not be hung up on or forgotten. our house is filled with microsoft/xbox products. We dont want that to change but we may have
    to.

    So you are locked out of the Xbox account and the E-mail? Is the email with Microsoft as well?

    have you tried the compromised account recovery solution that requires you using a different email address to recover the account?

    I am going through this same experience with Microsoft right now. I’ve been locked out of my account and filled the form several times. I would say about 15-20 times. They respond with a generic message each time saying i didnt provide enough information to
    proof ownership. I have no idea what Microsoft needs. How havent i provided enough information when I have provided my name, dob, phone number, recent emails sent (before account was locked), Subject of emails, and security email address. This is totally ridiculous.
    I am thinking of a legal action again Microsoft because i am losing out on a lot of relevant messages. Its been a month now since i got locked out. I cant fathom why Microsoft wont let us recover our accounts by providing information on file and an actual
    human checking it instead of just shoving customers off.

    We tried that as well. No luck, pretty much any and every solution thats online was given to us already.
