Xbox Support/Mojang Migration

I have been trying to merge my Minecraft Account with my Microsoft Account. I am over the age of 18 and am not in a family but when I try to play Multiplayer on Minecraft, it does not let me. It says that I am not old enough to play multiplayer so I explored all of my privacy settings and realized it connected to my Xbox account. I tried accessing my Xbox account as me and my little brother share it but the Xbox support page just loads and loads and loads and never shows me any content or settings. This has been a problem since the migration of Mojang accounts started. Tried every solution I could think of, using different internets, browsers, devices and none of them seem to work

Matthew, please try this:

Create a new account that can be considered as an adult account (try using another web browser or incognito mode).

Once done, add your main account as organizer via the link below. (you can see in the new account an "add member" button

https://account.microsoft.com/family/

Please double check that you select your main account as organizer too, not member.

Once successfully added, sign out from your account everywhere and restart your PC or Xbox

Then log in your account again and try using multiplayer features on Minecraft

There is only me and it clearly states "Age Filter: Any Age" under apps and games

Please try these steps.

If your Mojang account has been migrated to Microsoft, you do not need to purchase the game again. If you are being prompted to do so, it is either because the migration process did not complete correctly or, more likely, you are logged into a different Microsoft account than the one you used for the migration.

What to do:

1. Check which Microsoft account you are logged into:

Make sure you are using the same Microsoft account that was used to migrate your Mojang account. If you do not remember which one it is, contact Microsoft support to retrieve the email address you used for the migration.

2. Check if the migration was completed:

Access your Mojang account profile on the Mojang website and check if the migration was completed. If not, try starting the migration process again.

3. Contact Mojang Support:

If the issue persists, contact Mojang Support via the Mojang Support website, providing your purchase receipt and explaining the situation.

4. Check Microsoft accounts:

Make sure you are not using a different Microsoft account than the one you used for the migration

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. To confirm, you have never had a Mojang account and still do not have an account, is that correct?
