    Xbox Support misdirecting people to this sub for General Support Issues


    I am not the only one to notice a steady increase of individuals coming to this sub with general xbox support questions stating that they were directed here by Xbox Support. This only leads to further frustration for the end user being directed to various places with no one able to assist.

    Someone needs to address this apparent lack of training/education within their Customer Support structure on where to send individuals for additional help.

    Your anger and frustrations are misdirected. The game developers are the ones that make these decisions not Microsoft. XBOX One supports split screen if the game itself offers it.

    I'm sorry that support misdirected you. But the birthdate listed on your Xbox account is permanent. There is no way to change it. The process on that link will not change the birthdate on your Xbox account.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Well Microsoft, thanks a ton for your prompt attention and ease of contact.

    This is the only place I could find to send a letter of irritation, that wasn't confined to a maximum character amount.

    Which I'm sure is exactly how you wanted it to be.

    It'd be terrible to actually have an email setup so someone had actually had to address the email and problems all at once.

    Billion dollar company and roadside lemonade stands have better product and customer service.
