    XBOX support log in


    Myself and several others from other threads can't log in to the xbox support website, which states "all services are up and running" although they are not and have not been. Do NOT link me the support website that I can't log into, Jesse, and do NOT tell me to install a vpn to access basic feature that are supposedly "up and running"

    Have the same issue. Totally unacceptable for a company like MS to have no access for a service we pay for this long of a period. The automated reply from support is "our software engineers is still working on this" and "hope for your kind consideration".

    I would really like to know how many people are affected by this. This is the only forum post ive seen for this issue.

    Must not be that many as it seems it not high priority and there is no status information reports in MS or Xbox.

    PS I used a different account just to reply to this.

    Can't Log in, Support no help.

    That is unacceptable to wait 72 hours. When the error is not caused by the customer. If you submit a support ticket the expectation to have an issue resoved in a reasonable time frame.
