Xbox support isnt helping

i keep submitting a request to get my account back because it was hacked and the email and password was changed, my number was also removed from it. every time i try to recover my account i just get sent to send a new form, i cant really much to provide proof my account is mine, i can show purchase emails or even share that its what my computer was signed into, they changed the information so i cant even access it from my computer or my phone. Im worried that i cant recover it as my card is still on the account and auto renewing xbox gamepass, theres not a way i can stop this.

I am very sorry that you are going through this problem, in fact Support cannot help with recoveries of stolen accounts since that is why there is a form for the owner of the account to enter the data so that the team in charge can evaluate the case.

Keep in mind that this is only a public Microsoft forum where we are all players like you who help other players with basic problems, this means that we are not Microsoft employees. Having said that, if you cannot fill out the form for some reason, I am sorry to tell you that nothing can be done.

Well then changin your region wont help You

If You are getting denied downloads because it isnt not In your region

Two things first

Sri lanka isnt supported by xbox

Hotmail may support it But not xbox

You can only create accounts In supported regions

Also If You are getting the region error it is the same In all regions

Once a dlc is region locked it is region locked In all regions

Hi,

Automatically, once the account isnt used for 5 years it will get deactivated and it cannot be recovered anymore. Contacting Xbox support still wont help.

You need that password that was put in when the parental settings were turn on. There isnt anything to do but you can call to xbox live support and ask help!

The only web chat option i have is a virtual agent which isnt helpful i cant find a chat where i can talk to someone at xbox support that can help me
