Xbox Support isnt helping. I need to know who [mod removed] is.

I recently got an Xbox One for myself and daughter.

My daughter, who is 13 years old has been playing Xbox at her dads house for years.
She asked me if she could add her profile from his house.

I got a bit more information from him about it and agreed. At this time he also stated that he didn't have parental controls on her profile and he screens all her messages. I didn't like that but trusted my daughter, since we have talked about the dangers
online.

Friday night, I noticed she had tons of messages on her xbox account, I asked her about it and she said something along the lines that, those where all her dads messages. So I scan through all of them and looks like her dad was completing achievements
for her.

Except one, which was VERY off and my daughter was the one messaging this person.

Reading the messages, this person was NOT a young girl like her profile made her out to be. Its either a older woman or man.
The things this person was saying to my daughter was not a little girl. Stuff like [mod removed] Talking about incest and all this crazy [mod removed]. Asked for my daughters birthday and name. I mean the messages are so stomach dropping.

This person, has been messaging my daughter for months!!!

Anyways, asking my daughters dad about the Gamertag, he said "[mod removed] is my friend [mod removed] sorry" (A WOMAN)
Then called to ask me why I am asking. I explained to him, what I read and then he changed it, said thats not his friend [mod removed]!
He then deleted the messages, deleted me off my daughter's friends list.

Before I told him anything, I recorded the messages with my phone, because I wasnt sure if there was anyway to get them back and I had a feeling he was going to delete them because he supposedly screens them. Why was that not a red flag?

Anyways, I have tried to contact Xbox about it, they directed me to their enforcement page but I am unable to file through there webpage. I cant file through the xbox because I no longer have my daughters profile on it. I called xbox and they dont even have
a direct line for this. Only messages, which is ridiculous.

Moving forward, I am making her a new profile with parental controls, but I am concerned with the issue at hand.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on accounts and messaging. Unfortunately, since the messages have been deleted there is not much Xbox can do. The usual thing is to report, block and ignore messages. If these are messages
soliciting your daughter than we recommend contacting the local authorities. There are things police can do with Microsoft to track and find these people. You are doing the right thing making a new profile with parental controls. This should eliminate some
of it. As this is all we can do and to prevent repetitive answers. I will be locking this thread.

I am well beyond [Mod Removed - Profanity] off now. When this happened, i googled the error and checked xbox status to be informed an update had broken it and a factory reset was needed. Guess who reset his [Mod Removed - Profanity]
xbox for no reason?
