    Xbox Support is not very easy to contact.


    I need to contact someone at support but I can't find a phone number, I tried online support and it keeps timing out. How do I get a hold of someone besides a virtual agent.

    You could post what your issue is here and very possibly get hep unless its an enforcement action or billing.

    different browser isn't helping either. Tried chat and call back and it just continually times out.

    Try different browser or on your phone. that may help. You can try chat if cant get call.
