Xbox Support in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Greetings ! I am Mirza.

I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a country in south-eastern Europe.

When I bought my first Xbox, I was quite happy. When I was setting Xbox

Live up, I saw that my country wasn't supported which got me

sad,thinking what would people that don't understand other languages

besides Bosnian do ? One day, my friend had some issues with his Xbox,

he came to my place and wanted me to help him. When I was looking for

Support in Bosnia , I couldn't find it. As a matter of fact, there is

not a single support page in Bosnian. Luckily, I understand english so I

went to the English version. But what would he do if I wasn't there

since he doesn't know very much ? Because of that, I wanted to help

other people in Bosnia by creating a Facebook page called "Xbox Bosnia"

that I lead. On that page, I am active a lot. A lot of people had

problems with their Xbox so they somehow found my page and asked to

help. I was almost always succesfull. Even when I couldn't help, I asked

Xbox Support for their problem. Later I wanted to get some help from

other supporters. I asked Xbox Support for some help and they told me to

submit a request on this site. My last chat with the Microsoft team was

today and it was also on the topic of Support in Bosnia. People in Bosnia really need a support

because a lot of people don't quite understand English language. When it

comes to workers on the site, I would be happy to lead it, because it's

my community and I want to help it. When I created the site "Xbox

Bosnia", one day later, I got a person asking for help with his Xbox.

Because I know a lot about Xbox and Xbox Live, I helped him out and he

was helpful. He was also surprised to find out we don't have an official

support site. This is proof that we need a support site. I would be

honored to lead it, because I translate from English to Bosnian

fluently. I also share posts from the official Xbox site and translate

the text so that the community in Bosnia knows what's going on at Xbox. I

am hoping that you will understand this problem and resolve it as soon

as possible. I will continue to lead the page because I want to help my

Is there any information when will Xbox Live be avibale in Bosnia and Herzegovina?

I'm in Bosnia&Herzegovina finishing highschool there. Non-supported live country

Since you're from official support, I'd like to know asap if you can do something about this. Thanks alot!
