    So I needed help for my Xbox game bar as kept keeping the volume to 100% everytime I open an app and I contacted Xbox support for that. After rerouting me through 2 agents the last agent told me that I will receive a mail from Microsoft which I did receive but,

    When I open this link to connect to a specialist it redirects me to this website

    I Then tried talking to a virtual agent which just keeps redirecting me to this website

    I Just Need to know if you guys know this cause I have wasted almost 2 hours now and you guys just keep redirecting me to different support websites which apparently don't even work anymore.

    I then tried to connect to the chat support again which is just stuck now to this I have refreshed and tried opening chat support for 10 times now and it keeps showing me this

    And this message leads me again to the dead website so at this point it's a loop for me and I don't know who to contact anymore.

    Well look below the last message I wrote that it says connect to a expert which again leads me to that dead support website.

    Hello PeroestNoob, I'm sorry for the bad experience in contacting the support, however in the last image shows that you were on the right track, have to click on the option "Connect with an Expert", and then you will go to the service with a human.

    Because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data, we can not specify the real reason or check your issue accurately.
